Transforming crisis into success.
Success Stories from Navigating Business Closures.
In 2022, 125 employees learnt of the difficult news that their roles were being made redundant due to the company's closure. The owners had made the decision to shut down the business. The company in question was located in the so-called remote outskirts of Denmark. Ivan Thage, owner of ITH Pharma ApS, managed this complex project alongside the CEO throughout the closure period, which lasted approximately two years.
We now offer a presentation touching on this, where you can hear about the many experiences and lessons gained that may be relevant to your organisation. Poorly managed or executed shutdowns can result in substantial financial and human repercussions.
The complexity of the project was particularly high as the company involved a broad value chain. As a result, the content of the presentation can be customised to suit your specific needs and preferences.
Below is a selection of benefits you may gain:
- At få indblik i hvordan en trist beslutning kan vendes til en succes
- Learn how to navigate your organisation through the transition period between the owners' decision and the employees' daily routines
- Identify key elements that ensure a company's survival
- Build strategies to maintain and boost employee motivation while focusing on operations and shutdown
- Gain deeper insight into potential challenges your organization might face
- Obtain unique insights into preparing for the final ‘Town Hall’ meeting
If you, your company, board, management team, department, local association or other stakeholders would like to hear about experiences and insights from the closing period, please schedule a presentation or get in touch with us.
